Taxpayers' £66bn in RBS and Lloyds at risk, say MPs

The £66bn of taxpayer funds used to buy shares in Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group at the height of the financial crisis may never be recovered, a powerful group of MPs warned on Friday.
